As the Founder & Clinical Director of StarMind Therapy, I bring a strong academic foundation with degrees in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health, and Immigration & Refugee Studies. My Master of Social Work (MSW) in Clinical Practice, combined with extensive experience in trauma-informed psychotherapy, allows me to support individuals navigating anxiety, PTSD, depression, self-harm, domestic violence, and adaptation stress.
With a deep commitment to culturally competent care, I specialize in working with immigrant populations, helping clients rebuild stability, resilience, and self-empowerment. In addition to clinical work, I am a speaker and trainer, providing mental health workshops and professional development for organizations, staff, and clients.
I have years of experience in both individual and group therapy, integrating evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. At StarMind Therapy, my team and I are dedicated to fostering a supportive and transformative space for healing and growth.
